· The game played is no limit Texas Holdem.
· Tournament is played as two tiers. The first tier is the primary round and involves all players in the tournament, the second tier is the championship round. To qualify for the championship round, one or more winners (usually two or three) are taken from each table in the primary rounds.
· Players begin with $10,000 in chips for the primary round. There are 7 players to a table.  There could be as many as 10 but remember that the blinds will raise every 30 to 45 minutes and the more players, the less hands that will be dealt before the blinds get raised.
· Beginning Blinds are $200 and $500.  All wagering increases need to be in $500 increments.
· Wagering is No Limit. When last hand is called for a round, all tables should wait until each table completes their last hand (this is a good opportunity for the client to make any awards or speeches). If a deck is broken for shuffle, dealer completes the hand.
· At 1 hour before party ends, primary rounds end. Winners are chosen by richest holdings from each table (2-3 winners per table depending on number of tables). Championship table(s) consists of maximum eight players. Adjust number of winners from each table to get eight players at two to three tables.
· As you raise the blinds, players will “bust out.”  You then keep moving players forward to one “Final Table.”
· Championship round begins with each player starting with $10,000 in chips. Betting structure begins again with blinds at $200-$500.
· Championship time between structure doubling is 15 minutes for first two rounds.
· Winner is last man standing or richest holdings at end of hour.
· Side games with fixed limits may be established for losers from tournament rounds.
· Dead Button rule applies (this is common to all tournaments). If a player busts out in a blind position, ignore that blind. Button advances one position (including recently vacated seat) regardless of busted out players.
