Fantasy Casino parties can be held just about anywhere. The only thing that determines the size of the the venue you will need is how many guests you’re inviting and, consequently, how many pieces of equipment you will need.
One of the most popular locations for Casino parties is a local hotel with the standard ballrooms and in-house catering services available.
Because of the area we’re located in, one of the most popular off-site venues for casino parties is one of the many private vessels moored in either Lake Washington, Lake Union or Puget Sound. Because of the way the bodies of water are situated in and around Seattle we sometimes begin an event in one and use all three.
Several of the more scattered events we’ve done for Clients involved a business conference center/resort type of place on Bainbridge Island, near the small town of Poulsbo. Once we deadheaded from the Seattle waterfront on one of the Washington State Ferries to Bainbridge, then took a cab to the resort to provide casino entertainment on the ride back to Seattle which included a tour of the Seattle waterfront.
Another time we boarded one of the larger vessels at the waterfront, did the first half of the casino on the way over, enjoyed dinner along with the guests and then did the second half of the casino on the way back. Given the fickleness of the weather in and around Seattle you can never count on dry skies and starry nights when you’re planning an event of that type, but on that particular occasion – which was in early September – the weather cooperated nicely and it was a great night for the boat, light casino play on the way over to dinner, and packed after dinner as it was dark by then and people were ready to play.
There are basically two charter groups in our area with different sized vessels. Then we have access to about a dozen charter vessels of all sizes and types. Between them we can recommend a vessel for any size group and provide the entertainment that will keep your guests talking about the event for months to come. Remember, Casino Parties are the best entertainment choice when you have a group to take care of.
